Blsd one will try our very best to dispatch in stock items within 24hrs – we may take up to 3-5 working days. Pre-order shipping times will differ and will be communicated at time of sale. 

All domestic orders are generally delivered within 1-3 working days from the time of dispatch – this can be tracked via the provided tracking number. 

International orders sent via DHL express have an expectation of approximately 5-10 working days from time of dispatch.

Returns

• There are NO returns or exchanges on any sale stock, these items are final. 
• Full price items are eligible for a refund or an exchange – although your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in original packaging. 
• This policy is valid for 30 days, if the 30 days have passed since your purchase unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Refund or exchange

Once your item has been received you will receive notification informing you whether this has been approved or rejected. 

If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed – refund will go to the original method of payment within 3-5 working days, exchange will happen within 24-48 hrs if item is in stock.
